If the body's own estrogen level is unusually high, unwanted growth of the glands in the chest occurs. However, in most men using Nolvadex and in healthy women this is not the case.

Athletes who are prone to gynecomastia, strong water retention, and increased fat deposits with steroids such as Dianabol (methandrostenolone), Testosterone, Anadrol (oxymetolone), and Decadurabolin usually take 20 mg every other day.
It is often sufficient if the athlete starts his preventative Nolvadex intake only three to four weeks after the anabolic intake.
The combined application of Nolvadex 20 mg ESD and Proviron 25 - 50 mg ED in these cases produces excellent results. The same is true for athletes who are in competition, and for women.
Women, however, should, at the very least, reduce the Proviron dose to one 25 mg ED tablet.
The first possible signs of gynecomastia are slight pain when touching the nipples. The tablets are usually taken once or twice a day, without chewing, with some liquid and during meals.
