Testolone Cooper Pharma is one of the few SARMS that is 100% reliable in terms of its origin and concentration; It is a non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). Drugs in this class mimic many of the beneficial actions of anabolic steroids, but are often structurally removed from these drugs. This often allows for a much greater anabolic-androgenic split and potential for different side effects.
The goal is typically to maximize the stimulation of bone and muscle anabolic effects, and to minimize other androgenic side effects, particularly on the prostate. Testolone is commonly used in the sports community as a muscle building alternative to anabolic steroids.
In vitro studies show that Testolone has a much higher androgen receptor (AR) binding affinity than testosterone and even dihydrotestosterone. On the other hand, RAD 140 was much less androgenic. A 60-fold higher dose was required to produce the same prostate growth.
For one thing, only minimal elevations in liver enzyme transaminase levels were reported, even at the highest doses tested. This suggests that it has a low level of liver toxicity. Liver toxicity is often high in oral androgens, which has been a significant drawback preventing their wider use in therapeutics. However, Testolone exhibited classic "oral androgen" effects on serum lipids. Its abuse could increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. RAD 140 appears to exhibit a number of favorable properties on paper. This could be an effective non-steroidal muscle builder, with reduced SARM like androgenicity in certain tissues.
